As well as attempting to fix a bug that Jack reported to me but I've yet to witness, I've added in a menu at the beginning of the game to expose some of the "game mode" stuff.

We're still negotiating how the deck should be built so though it best to let players try out different options and hopefully gather some feedback (please!).  Hopefully I've described what the two options are in the menu above...
